We Have Three Selling Opportunities
Door-to-Door Sales - Scouts will go door-to-door and sell popcorn to neighbors, friends and family. All information will be distributed at the September 21st pack meeting.
Online Sales - Sell to your far off friends and family by sending a special email to them. The email will include a special link that they will click on and you will earn sales credit for those online sales. Se below for how to get started.
Show-And-Sell Retail Sales - Pack 689 has reserved spots in front of Peets Coffee in Downtown Danville and Draegers in Blackhawk to sell popcorn. Each Scout signs up for a 1 hour slot. Reserve your slot via this GoogleDoc.
*** NOTE: Individual sales credit is earned for door-to-door and online sales. Retail sales is a pack level sales opportunity.
Sell Online NOW!
Online selling starts now and ends on October 31st. Send an email to family and friends to order online and the Scout will get sales credit towards awesome rewards! You can track your sales online in real-time! Simply follow the directions below to set-up your account.
1. Scouts go to scouts.trails-end.com to create an account.
2. Next, go to the Send E-mails page, choose a template and send e-mails to his customers
3. Customers make purchases on trails-end.com, which are automatically credited to the Scout's unit in his name.
4. Trail's End ships the product directly to his customer.
5. He can then go to Track My Online sales to see who has made a purchase.
Be sure that your customers "click -through" YOUR specific referral URL (link) that is created when you set-up your account. When they "click-through" they will see "Supporting Scout [name here]" in the upper-right hand corner.
